Availability

Ocean Breeze Suite & Palm Tree Loft: We are currently accepting monthly reservations (28 days or longer). Reservations do not need to start on the 1st of the month. Reservations can be made up to 1 year in advance (from today’s date), and must be confirmed at least 1 week in advance.

Seaglass Cottage: We are currently only accepting multi-month (2-month minimum) reservations for the Seaglass Cottage, starting in June 2024. Pricing will depend on the exact dates and length of your stay. Reservations must be confirmed at least 1 month in advance. Please inquire directly with us for more information.

Looking for long-term? Leases (12+ months) are also available starting in 2025. Contact us directly to learn more!

Pricing

Pricing: We offer competitive monthly rates, and we’re happy to offer discounts for longer (multi-month) stays. Please note that rates increase annually every January 1st, and rates fluctuate throughout the year, with increases during peak seasons.

Ways to Pay / Book

Depending on your preferred payment method, there are multiple ways to book your reservation:

Book Direct: We accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal. If you’d like to book directly through us, please Contact Us to start your reservation. Note: a 20% deposit is required to secure your reservation (the remainder is payable upon arrival, or on the 1st of the month for multi-month reservations).

Airbnb: Airbnb accepts all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. If you’d like to book directly on the Airbnb platform, please use the “Airbnb” links below (you will be taken to an external website). Please refer to the Airbnb website directly for deposit and cancellation policies.

Cancellation / Deposit Policy

All Policies below apply to DIRECT BOOKINGS. For reservations booked through Airbnb, please refer directly to your reservation request through the website.

What is your cancellation policy? You can receive a refund of your deposit if you cancel 30+ days in advance of your check-in. Deposits become non-refundable when your check-in is less than 30 days away. If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be applied to a future stay.

Do you require a deposit to make a reservation? Yes, a 20% deposit is required to reserve your stay. However, for multi-month stays (2+ months), the deposit is 20% of your first month’s rent.

Other Policies

INCLEMENT WEATHER: Hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30. We follow a firm cancellation policy and do not issue refunds unless The National Weather Service or local government authorities order mandatory evacuations. Additionally, Florida weather in the summer can be unpredictable; in the event of loss of power and/or internet, or any other "out of our control" situation due to local storms, we will not grant refunds.
