OWNER & BUSINESS MANAGER

Helen manages reservations and guest relations. Helen’s favorite thing is greeting new guests with a welcome basket (be sure to let her know what your favorite Starbucks coffee is, and it will be waiting for you upon check-in!)

Helen was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago (Deerfield) and attended Arizona State University for accounting & sustainability. In addition to her role at Seaglass Properties NSB, she is currently a certified public accountant.

OWNER & PROPERTY MANAGER

Alex manages the interior and exterior maintenance of the property and the units. Alex can be spotted working throughout the property, usually in the garden or at his workbench. He is also our grill master and the host of our monthly Happy Hours in the Courtyard - come join us!

Alex was born and raised in southwest Michigan (Sturgis) and attended Western Michigan University for business & music. In addition to his role at Seaglass Properties NSB, he is currently an independent business technology consultant.

BRAND MANAGER & DESIGN CONSULTANT

Ellie has a knack for beautifying spaces - her fresh and inviting style is showcased throughout each unit! Ellie also maintains our social media presence.

Ellie was born and raised in southwest Michigan (Sturgis) and attended Western Michigan University for child & family development. In addition to her role at Seaglass Properties NSB, she is currently a nanny.
